Your TLC is working hard to still make an event happen for this year.  However, with the extremely tight schedule and limited availability in sites for this year, we are running into some permitting issues/sound ordinances in various counties.  One of these items is involving 24 hour sound.  We would like to gather some community input for informational purposes to gauge the temperature on this issue.
