In A Nutshell
Where to buy – Ice can be purchased here. The same site where you buy your tickets.
What you get – One "ticket" will get you one 20lb bag of ice for $15. You do not need a "ticket" to pickup your ice. We will have a list.
When to pick up – 11am-1pm on Burn Day (Saturday)
Where to pick up – Center Camp
Don’t be – a sparkle pony who waits and misses the deadline! Ices sales end July 12!
As always, all net proceeds benefit a local charity, kids art program, or the local fire department.
Please don’t wait until the last minute -- nobody likes warm drinks, spoiled food, or the logistical nightmare of crunching numbers the day before our final ice count is due!
Ice Pickup is on Burn day, Saturday, from 11am to 1pm, at Center Camp. You can’t miss us, just look for the people by an ice truck.
If you do not come pick up your ice during that time we will donate it to whichever burner we deem most worthy, without apology or notice.
Remember:
We will not be selling ice on site, just delivering it. Buy online, ahead of time. And don’t wait too long, or you may forget. Seriously. The second most common thing we hear from people is “I totally told myself to buy ice and then I put it off and missed the deadline.” Don’t be that burner!
