Bulk Deliveries to Mysteria

Attention Theme Camp People! Do you plan to order straw, fire wood, propane, or some other bulk item? Do you plan to have it delivered to the mountain and dropped off for you? That’s cool, but there are some requirements around this.

***Please have all deliveries scheduled for TUESDAY, not Wednesday or later

***Please work with other theme camps and reduce the number of trucks coming on site

***Please have all pick ups scheduled for Tuesday post event or late Monday (nothing before 4 pm)

Starting Wednesday the inbound traffic gets pretty heavy, if you set a delivery for Wednesday then you run the risk of it being delayed as we will give first priority to participants who are entering the city. Delivery trucks always hold up traffic, stop the flow to deposit items, and must be specially managed through the city. Don’t have your delivery delayed (or even lose it if the driver gets tired of waiting and leaves), have it delivered Tuesday.

What if you aren’t on site Tuesday? Find someone who is and have them take care of the drop off. NO special permission for entry Tuesday will be given just to be available for deliveries. Every theme camp has had an opportunity to request early entry passes for theme camp set up, so check with your TCO for who will be on site and work it out.

Please work with other camps and place collective orders. One delivery truck is in the way, 20 delivery trucks shut down the city and everyone will have a bad time. Thank you for considering others and our entry process when you order!
